    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to support our Product, Tech & Data team. As a key contributor, you will provide critical assistance to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the Chief Technology and Data Officer (CTDO). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency of information between the two sides of the business unit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Action coordination and stakeholder engagement to drive business goals and objectives
    2. Enabling effective decision-making by providing crucial administrative and organisational support
    3. Meeting cadence management across the business unit and coordinating meetings and supporting materials
    4. Project involvement, including supporting leadership teams in driving cross-functional projects and prioritisation
    5. Creating meeting materials and presentations to drive purpose and desired outcomes for senior leadership teams

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a Business Manager or relevant role
    2. Expertise in authorising presentations, manipulating spreadsheets, research and report writing
    3. Influencing, consensus building, and sustaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders
    4. Ability to work on administrative duties alongside leading projects
    5. Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite

    About You

    You should have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary and performance-related bonuses.
