Do you have experience in Administration? Are you experienced in Bookkeeping and VAT returns? We have a great opportunity based in Holsworthy for a dual-focused role, as a Building Society Clerk providing administration across the Building Society agencyand reception.
Building Society Clerk Responsibilities:
- Managing customer accounts, processing transactions and handling money transfers
- Promoting and selling the agencies services and products
- Summarising bank accounts, preparing VAT returns, liaising with HMRC
- Dealing with internal and external communications in a timely and courteous manner
- Providing cover for all admin tasks
Building Society Clerk Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
- Previous experience in Administration, Cashier's role, Bookkeeping and VAT returns
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Xero, QBO or cloud based accounting packages would be desirable
- Great communication skills
