Omniplex Ipswich is now recruiting a Supervisor
This is a part time/full time position.

TYPICAL ORGANISATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Cinema supervisors are responsible for promoting effective visitor services, whilst ensuring business objectives are achieved

Typical work activities include:

Achieving audience and sales targets
Ensuring audience satisfaction
Managing promotions within the cinema
Budgeting and stock control
Developing an understanding of the local market, including customer expectations
Liaising with film societies and other groups within the industry
Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations
Recruiting, training and supervising full and parttime staff to work as a team (HR)
Marketing the cinema within a local arena
Organising duty rotas and wage requisitions

TYPICAL DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
A cinema supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including:

Cash control
Concessions
Dealing with customer and telephone enquiries
Digital Projections
Front of house
Human resources
Maintaining upkeep of auditoria
Ticketing Office
Monitoring KPI's

KEY AREAS FOR TRAINING
Full training will be provided in the following key areas:

Cash Handling
Digital Projection
Health and Safety
HR Software
Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
Reporting
Stock Control
Ticketing Software
Fire Safety

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
No qualifications necessary, but retail experience is essential.

KEY SKILLS FOR CINEMA SUPERVISORS

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
£6.90-£11.94 per hour
