Business Development Manager, Fintech London / hybrid remote £40-70k + Uncapped OTE

YES to both of those questions, we have an amazing opportunity for a gamechanging Business Development Manager to join an innovative London based Fintechstartup, which is growing rapidly.

Experience You Need

  • At least 3 years selling into the finance sector as a business development manager / business development executive / sales development representative, or similar
  • Selling Software as a Service (SaaS) to Clevel in SMEs in the UK
  • Experience of solution selling not just off the shelf software products
  • Held targets of £500k £1m
  • Evidence of your achievements against financial targets in a related environment
  • Regular use of recognised sales methodology such as MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN or Miller Heiman
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Positive mindset, always striving for improvement
  • Good tenure in previous roles at least 3 years, ideally with internal promotions

Desirable

  • Degree educated
  • Experience of credit risk
  • Fluent in other languages

As part of the established sales team, the business development manager will focus on new business sales of a market leading software solution B2B to SMEs in the finance sector suchas challenger banks, asset management, invoice factoring, insurance companies and similar.
