Customer Service Advisor - Permanent

Wrexham

£23,000 per annum

Monday to Friday - No Weekends


Our client who are leader in their industry are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team to support in delivering a first class, informative, friendly and professional after-sales experience to their Nationwide customer base.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Provide a professional, friendly and informative customer experience through excellent product knowledge
  • Signpost and ensure queries are dealt with quickly and correctly
  • Handle complaints with empathy and resolution
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills - Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent problem solving mindset
  • Good listener
  • Excellent communicator
  • Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service
  • Proficient in IT and the MS Suite
  • Desirable previous experience with eBay or other online marketplaces
