_As an inside sales advisor, you will
:

Work with a defined account base of small SME customers, who typically have single sites and relatively simple order needs
:

Typically sell BT & EE's standard products - across mobile, connectivity, and IP voice.
May sell products across multiple towers to the same customer if required to meet their needs
:
-
Develop successful, sustainable, and profitable relationships within the defined account base. Use strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
:
-
Following BT sales methodology and procedures to retain, develop and grow business such as; effective questioning to landscape accounts
:
-
Thrive in a target driven, customer facing environment in order to achieve targets and KPIs. Targets may include; customer contact activity, pipeline health and SOV/ revenue growth
:
-
Keep sales tools and systems up to date and well organized with accurate customer information, to support effective decision making and to comply with GDPR
:
-
Identify both new business opportunities and growth opportunities within the account base
:
-
Influencing decision makers to make timely decisions that help us achieve the business outcomes
-
We're looking for these skills and experiences

Confident and effective communicator - able to listen, influence, guide and convey messages articulately both written and verbally
:

Customer service skills - awareness of how to approach and deal with customers wants and needs, setting expectations and providing solutions
:

Track record of achieving / exceeding targets - motivated and driven by targets, able to focus on outcomes and organise workload to maximise these
:
-
Adaptable and willing to learn - able to take guidance, constructive feedback and follow processes taught during training, flexible to try new methods when guided to do so
:
-
Sales experience is advantageous - although not essential, being willing to learn, driven and ambitious goes a long way
