Overview
The Regulatory Business Solutions team focuses on Regulatory Research, Strategy, Product development and Market presence.

The team also focuses on the enhancement of existing Regulatory services as well as providing support to clients on regulatory matters.

An opportunity has arisen to join the team as Product Owner for Pension & Insurance Client reporting.

A key component to this role is regulation within the Investment Services sector, and therefore requires a background in regulation and a good understandingof the Investments services business sector.


Responsibilities:

  • This position will report to the Global Head of Regulatory Business Solutions in BNY Mellon's Asset Servicing division.
  • This role will be responsible for the provision of regulatory support to our ASD business and clients

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Research, analysis and formal communication of key Regulatory initiatives.
  • Ensuring solutions are implemented to enable BNYM and our client's comply with applicable Regulatory change
  • Supporting BNY Mellon's implementation project(s) working with project managers and stakeholders (as necessary) to help develop a model to support our client's international regulatory servicing needs.
  • Monitoring developments and develop best practice approach related to the client service model identifying additional products and service opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss regulatory matters and how BNY Mellon are addressing change.
  • Arrange thought leadership seminars with client segments, authoring white papers, contribution to articles where relevant.
  • Participate in relevant industry working groups meetings as necessary.
  • Assist with building on our competitor analysis in order to capture the services our competitors provide with a view to building market intel and assist with identifying gaps in our product offerings.
  • Assist the Global Regulatory Business Solutions team in adhoc projects as they arise

Qualifications:
