A fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years' experience within Client Services to join a well-established, award winning Training and Events Company based in London.
The role entails working within a Client Services team consisting of 4 staff members, providing first class advice to current and potential clients.
Alongside this you would be instrumental in organising and planning training events of all sizes. The role is hybrid whereby you will be required in the London offices 2 days a week.Duties include but not limited to:
- Dealing with queries from clients and internal teams
- To assist in the administration of the Company's training events
- To develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Liaising with clients to determine requirement details
- Trouble shooting virtual platform issues
- Liaising with accreditation bodies overseeing the company qualifications
- Ordering relevant materials and organising event logistics
- Provide cover for other staff members when necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good team player
- Minimum of one year's experience in an administrative position
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience within a training or events is desirable
- Essential advanced English written and oral skills

£27,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
