Technical Support Specialist

This role is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - Office based with one day from home (Wednesday is work from home day)

Salary range:
£28k - 35k dependant on experience

We are seeking a helpful a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist that has energy, is structured, and has a solid understanding of PHP.

Previous technical support experience, preferably supporting an API will be an advantage.

Someone who likes being part of a fast paced, collaborative team environment. You'll need to be a strong communicator, able to liaise with technical & non-technical stakeholders across the business.


You'll spend your time

  • Building out and maintaining our existing projects
  • Troubleshooting, reproducing issues and factfinding, prior to answering tickets via Zendesk
  • Creating and maintaining Zendesk automations, triggers and business rules
  • Understanding company products in order to provide a high level of support
  • Undertaking general project work as and when required
  • Working as part of a team on product design
  • Following internal processes and best practices
  • Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and company
  • Participating in web calls when required by clients
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation (best practices, FAQs, etc.)
  • You have previous technical support experience, preferably supporting an API
  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Understanding of web services and API integration is an advantage
  • Able to work to project timeframes
  • Enjoy a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and timemanagement skills
  • Able to respond promptly to requests from management.
  • Able to provide constant updates and inform of any problems or queries immediately
  • You are highly motivated; cando attitude with the willingness to continually update knowledge and skillset
  • Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually as and when required
