Field Service Engineer

Newry

£33,000 - £35,000 per year

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Full time Position
Our client is a reputable team of engineers who offer Installation and servicing of water purification systems within Newry.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Field Service Engineers in and around Newry. You will be responsible for our clients' Water Purification System users.

Focusing on Lab Water purification systems portfolios, which form an extensive varietyof products and equipment associated with the medical and pharmaceutical industries.


Key Duties:


  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment, focusing on Lab Water purification system portfolio. Identify, analyse, and repair product failures.
  • Ordering and replacing parts
  • Perform service activities to be compliant with all applied regulations (EHS)
  • Provide timely and accurate updates
  • Promote Service activities, products, and solutions

What we are looking for:


  • You will need competent technical and IT skills
  • HNC/HND Electrical or Mechanical background
  • Excellent communication skills written, verbal, listening
  • Ability to promote a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Pharmaceutical background
