Partner Financial are working with a PE backed consumer business based in West London.

The company has developed and implemented an operation strategy that has resulted in consistent and exponential growth over the years.

The business exemplifies its valuesof integrity, expertise and innovation and has grown aggressively over the past few years through international acquisitions and is looking to further expand into new markets and to make 2-6 acquisitions every year.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the production of the monthly and annual reports for the Group
Working alongside the finance Director to produce the yearend tax reconciliation and tax filings
Leading the acquisition accounting and providing ad hoc support for the integration process of new acquisitions
Partnering with different teams across the business to automate the finance reporting processes
Ensuring financial controls are implemented, updated, and maintained in line with the Group Financial Policies
Providing ad hoc support to the CFO and the Director of Finance in upcoming projects
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Experience of group accounting processes in a complex organisation
Good technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
Comfortable with a variety of finance systems
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
Selfmotivated with the ability to manage own workload within tight deadlines
