Maintenance Plumber

Up to £34,000 + Bonus

Hours:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.

They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Plumber based at a prestigious site in York.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems.
  • Carry out Legionella compliance.
  • TMV & Closed water system maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Overseeing subcontractors.
  • General building maintenance.
  • Working along side a team of multi skilled engineers.

Requirements:


  • NVQ Level 3 Plumbing
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber.
  • Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems is a plus.

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
