  • Purpose:
  • Deichmann UK, are looking to appoint a commercially minded and creative Digital Marketing Lead based at our Head Office in Market Harborough.
  • Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading on all digital marketing requirements for the marketing department, whilst ensuring the overall adopted marketing strategy is implemented.
  • The role offers a competitive salary, up to £30,000 £38,000 dependant on experience.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Digital Marketing professional looking for new challenges in an office based role, currently working 4 days in our Head Office and 1 day remotely.
  • Key activities:
Leading all areas of digital band marketing, including but not limited to Display, YouTube, Paid Social, and Influencer Outreach, with the objective of driving Deichmann's brand awareness

  • Coordinate content planning for all owned & paid channels, including but not limited to Display, Social Media & Influencer
  • Launching ad campaigns on relevant channels for all campaigns and promotions
  • Ongoing performance optimisation of all campaigns and promotions by interpreting KPIs and metrics
  • Performance reporting for internal and external use
  • Lead the communication with external agencies and third parties to brief, prepare and wrap up campaigns and promotions
  • Regular competitor analysis to keep uptodate with the market
  • Internal alignment with relevant departments i.e. Marketing, Buying, eCommerce to ensure a consistent look and feel as well as tone of voice across all channels
  • Responsible for supervising a team of two
  • Personal characteristics:
5 years' experience working in a similar role, either in an agency setting or in-house

  • Experience in supervising others
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative and drive others
  • Effective communicator both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Proficient user of MS office, Google Workspace
  • Degreeeducated desirable but not essential
  • Salary/Pay:
- £30,000 - £38,000 Dependant on experience
