Salary - up to £45,000 p/a (potentially more depending on experience) + bonus

Hybrid/remote - 2-3 days a week in the office

As a Customer Success Manager with Team Lead experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers achieve maximum value from their offerings.

Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding relationships with their valuable clients, while also leading and mentoring a team of enthusiastic customer success representatives.

Your strong coaching and leadership skills will be crucial in motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.

Tasks


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a highperforming team of customer success representatives, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
  • Drive team productivity and success, ensuring customer retention, and expanding revenue through upselling and crossselling opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, helping them achieve their goals and develop their skill sets.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies, identifying potential areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Product, and Support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize your sales experience to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in a fastpaced environment, ideally within the Software industry
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills with a track record of leading highperforming teams.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with 2 or 3 days per week at their Gillingham office.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Familiarity with Software products and services is a significant plus.
