Description
I am working with a large business who are based in Newton Aycliffe as they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will include:
- Registering sales enquiries and filing correctly
- Compilation of the sales review / acceptance forms
- Obtain proposals for fasteners from suppliers
- Compile costings for review / approval
- Prepare, file and issue sales proposals
- Updating a Sales Proposal through to a works order when a purchase order is received
- Register the purchase order onto the works order schedule
- Acknowledge the purchase order and delivery date to the client
- Arrange and control third party and client inspection visits with Quality Assurance
- Prepare delivery note and documentation at time of delivery
- Update the works order schedule when deliveries are complete
