Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone support
- Assist in financial checks and due diligence on new applicants
- Work with colleagues to plan and implement promotional activities
- To ensure that applicants follow all processes as prescribed in the individual grant schemes T&C
- To maintain all data capture systems
- Undertake other tasks as and when required.
About you:
- An understanding of how to calculate energy and carbon reductions
- Excellent telephone manner and experience of providing a rigorous and responsive customerfacing service
- Good time management
- Strong Microsoft Office and confident using webbased IT systems
- Selfmotivated and able to work on your own as well as in partnership with others
- Strong work ethic
