Head of Operations & Change| £50-60k | 6 month FTC | Hybrid working

This Head of Operations and Change position is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but growing charity going through a pivotal moment of change and expansion.

This role will be crucial to keeping the organisation moving in the right direction as the COO is seconded on a merger project.

Key responsibilities

Oversight of operational functions of the charity including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Governance and Facilities.
Help work towards finance projects including merging of finance systems
Liaising closely with executive and nonexecutive stakeholders of the organisation on operational matters
Provide strategic oversight for the organisation in relation to various projects across the organisation

Person specification

Experience of implementing change in an organisation
Experience of leading an operational function ideally within a charity (Finance/HR/IT)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on various projects with tight deadlines
Excellent communicator with the ability to work with a range of executive level stakeholders

This role will include some working from home around 2 days per week and the rest in their Central London Offices.

This role will also offer flexibility on working hours, opportunity to work on a part-time basis and a brilliant working culture with a friendly and passionate team.
