ServiceNow Business Analyst - £50,000 - £60,000 - Glasgow or Manchester based

I'm currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who is looking for a new position, this will be working on the clients internal platform to help develop and move it forward.

Experience:

Proven experience of working as a business analyst to drive out and capture business processes and requirements.
Experienced in business and operational architecture design with a solid understanding of implications on adjacent business areas
Ability to lead complex business conversations with senior stakeholders and able to shape complex solution definitions
Very proficient knowledge of the available business analysis tools and templates, able to guide others and able to evaluate possible other relevant tools and templates

Responsibilities:

Understanding and documenting the current "as is processes" and "to be processes"
Being accountable for capturing requirement specifications for enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes within agreed timeframes
Leading various ITSM customer working and focus groups to influence and solicit requirements
Directing interaction with customers as well as on and offshore development teams
Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement, ensuring gaps are clearly defined and assessed, and working closely with the development teams throughout all phases
Coordinating user acceptance testing with key project stakeholders to ensure deliverables align to requirements
Working closely with BA's in other ITSM streams and taking an active role in customer and stakeholder engagement sessions
Taking respective ownership throughout the project lifecycle as required
