Description
You will join our friendly scheduling team, who are the frontline for customer on-boarding.

Joining as an administrator, you will support the team and play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are on-boarded smoothly and to schedule.

Bringing great communication skills, you will work collaboratively with others in the team and across the company to ensure the best experience for our customers.


What you'll do:


  • Process sales handover forms, ensuring that they are assigned to the correct teams and systems are updated accordingly in line with agreed deadlines
  • Create meeting links for training sessions and update internal project management software
  • Processing requests for changes to existing training bookings
  • Updating internal systems with relevant information and quality checking bookings

What you'll bring:


  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
  • A positive, can do attitude and a calm demeanour when dealing with conflicting priorities
  • Experience of using CRM systems and scheduling tools would be an advantage
  • Previous customer service or administration experience is desirable
