- £20,000 - £24,000 Annual Salary

  • Full training and progression opportunities
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Located in Milton Keynes
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm

The Technician Role

  • The Technician will test instruments and record results following the company's technical and quality management procedures.
  • By identifying faults, the Technician will also propose remedies to the problem.
  • Working alongside the Service Delivery Team the Technician will ensure that instruments are appropriately packed and safely shipped to the customer's address.
  • In support of the operation the Technician will process the customer's instruments using the appropriate software.
  • In addition, the Technician will assist the Service Delivery Team with other tasks such as carrying out repairs and implementing quality procedures.

The ideal Technician

  • Experience in a customer facing role providing technical services.
  • A recognised qualification in a technical or numerate discipline.
  • A good level of literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Software in particular Excel.
