About the role


We are currently recruiting for a Part time (20 hours per week) Scheme Manager at our service Stainton Court based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

Stainton Court provides eleven supported living homes for people with learning disabilities. Each resident has their own room with 24 hour support on site.


The aim is to provide personalised support to people living in their own homes to help them in their recovery and meet their full potential.


About you
As a Scheme Manager, you will be part of the Management Team and will be responsible the day to day running of the scheme with duties including

  • Staff supervisions
  • Setting the schemes budget
  • Ensuring the scheme works within its budget
  • Over seeing support is delivered on time and to all service users as per agreed support plans
  • To achieve an excellent standard of outcomes for our service users, as well as participate on the management oncall Rota.
You will also have excellent
communication and
interpersonal skills, and a track record of promoting inter-agency work with colleagues.

You will be
drivenwith the desire to provide high quality, person centred services.

You will have experience in the delivery of care and/or support services to vulnerable adults and will have some experience of managing staff.
