About Our Client:

Our client are a very successful and well established retail brand based in Flintshire. They are proud to support a large, varied work force, offering a stable and friendly place to work.

As the collections advisor you will be working closely with the wider sales and accountancy team, speaking directly to customers in relation to their direct debit accounts.


The key responsibilities of the Collections Adviser include:

  • Speaking to B2B customer regarding their overdue accounts
  • Having open and honest but firm conversations regarding outstanding payments
  • Working in partnership with internal legal and accounts teams
  • Managing customer account information
  • Managing collections inbox and debtors ledger
  • Adhoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Collections Advisor will be:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced collections environment
  • Experience of ERP systems
  • Beneficial
  • Committed to achieving tight deadlines
  • Positive at all times
  • Able to work within a team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good Communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to use own initiative
