CareerMakers are currently looking for a '
CNC Turner' for one of our clients in the
SK14 Hyde area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set up CNC lathes by installing and adjusting tooling, fixtures, and workpieces.
Program CNC machines using Gcode or CAM software.
Operate CNC lathes to produce highquality components with tight tolerances.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Proven experience as a CNC Turner or similar role.
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC lathes.
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling selection.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of Gcode programming and/or CAM software.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
