My clients are one of the world largest commercial real estate services and investment firms in the world. They are looking to take on a data entry temp for the Manchester office.

Job Title:
Temporary Data Entry

Role Purpose

The companies teams are market leaders which advises Landlord and occupiers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Updating of market availability on in house system
Updating of market deals on in house system
Cross checking other agencies instructions list
Register checks
Cross checking Investment tenancy schedules for lease events on in house system.

Person Specification/Requirements

Strong IT skills
Accurate and excellent attention to detail
Diligent and proactive
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Friendly and enthusiastic
Confident
