Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for various duties related to maintaining and organizing the yard area.

Multi Drop Driver role will include the duties of delivering materials to customers and collecting, Interacting with customers and completeing delivery notes apon deliveries/collections.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and flatbed trucks, to transport materials within the yard.
Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts or other equipment
Organize and maintain inventory in the yard
Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of the yard area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Great Customer service & Kind/Friendly communcation skills with customers
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Processing of used cooking oils
Cleaning of containers
Heavy lifting required

Experience:

Previous experience as a van driver, delivery driver, or in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
Mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as Forklifts & Pallet truck is a plus
Experience working in a warehouse or construction environment is beneficial
Commercial driving experience is an asset
