The Company and Role
Our client is a leading global Real Estate investment manager with a multibillion-pound portfolio.

This role will focus on cross border capital investment into the UK and European markets and will provide exposure to multi-sector Real Estate equity investmentsand developments across the risk spectrum.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Involvement in deal underwriting, financial modelling, and structuring.
  • Perform detailed due diligence.
  • Prepare investment committee materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners on deal execution and investment management workstreams for existing assets under management.?

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:


  • Strong academic degree qualifications.
  • RICS qualified.
  • Proficient in financial modelling in Excel.
  • Understanding of property fundamentals.
  • European languages skills would be advantageous but not essential.?

Remuneration
Competitive basic salary plus benefits and a competitive annual bonus.
