Description

The role would be to support the Service Contoller, answering incoming calls and uploading jobs/breakdowns into our bespoke software system and keeping the system upto date, calling customers to keep them informed of the status of a job or when an engineer has been booked to attend.

Assist the service department in all areas of work required.

No experience is necessary as full training and support given, however a good telephone manner and computer literate would be an advantage.


Salary:
£15,000.00-£19,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:
