Reporting to the Finance Manager (Corporate), you will be responsible for the day to day transactions, reporting and analysis of set UK companies within the Group.

You will be able to work as part of the busy Corporate Team and on your own initiative with a flexible and committed approach to the role.

Description

Responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts for relevant corporate companies including Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, actual to budget variance analysis
Complete control of the General ledger, Cashbook and endtoend Sales and Purchase ledger cycles
Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and all Balance Sheet accounts, investigating aged items and preparation of appropriate schedules
Raising invoices for both internal and external clients and correct recognition of revenue
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
Input of financials into the AARO reporting system for assigned companies
Identification of processes that can be streamlined, automated or that can be delegated to India
Assist in year end requirements and external audit processes
Ensuring compliance with agreed timetable for all corporate reporting
Other tasks that include but are not limited to Provident Fund, cadets, outcharges

Profile
