We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to work at
The Sands Care Home, Morecambe.

We are looking to recruit for all shifts, including mornings, afternoons and 12-hour shifts working over a 7-day / 4-week rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential.

You will receive an induction covering all the basic requirements for your role, as well as on the job support from colleagues and your line manager.

We offer a number of Health & Social Care Distance Learning Courses to our employees.

We also offer the opportunity to progress within the company and are keen to develop our staff as much as we can.

Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be 18 years or over.

COVID Considerations:

Personal Protective Equipment provided and required.

If you progress to Interview stage you will need to attend a Zoom type interview as we cannot hold Face to Face interviews currently.

Salary:
£9.80-£10.00 per hour
