Account Manager - Continence Care
Territory:
Midlands to Bristol
Including Birmingham, West Midlands, South Staffs, Worcs, Glos, Bristol, Warks, Wilts
We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative with experience promoting medical devices, appliances or products to primary and secondary care.
As Account Manager you will manage existing Continence Accounts and work closely with Continence Teams, Urology Nurses, District Nurses, Procurement Departments and Finance Managers.
You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders in other NHS Accounts working directly with Trusts or NHSSC delivering audits and cost efficacy models, supporting product evaluations and tendering for contracts.
You'll develop and deliver implementation plans following contract wins.Our client is a growing global healthcare company committed to providing the best continence support for patients and Nurses. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Sales Representative to specialise in Continence Care, and tender for contracts, manage Accounts and deliver Trust wide implementation programmes
To be considered for this role you will ideally meet the following criteria;
- Current success as a Medical Sales Representative, Territory Manager or field based Account Manager
- Experience in medical devices, products, appliances, equipment or consumables is preferred
- Knowledge or experience selling within the fields of Continence, Urology, Wound Care or Stoma will be an advantage though not essential
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders including Specialist Nurses and NHS Finance & Procurement Managers
- Understanding of NHS procurement/contract tendering processes
- Full UK Driving LicenceResponsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote products
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role
- Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and industry trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven
Salary:
Up to £55,000.00 per year
