We're looking for a highly motivated
Estate Agent /
Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team in
Leamington Spa, working at the award winning Best Regional Estate Agency,
ACDC Sales & Lettings.


In this role you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales You will also be assisting the office when required.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent

  • Experienced
    sales person, preferably in property
  • Outstanding customer care /
    customer service experience
  • Resilient,
    positive, organised, numerate and
    detail oriented:
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
  • Experienced on Alto preferred.
  • A
    Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary:
£25,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
