Fully Remote within the UK - required to travel to Edinburgh 3 times a year which will be expensed by the business.
Are you a Web Developer with a passion for enhancing digital experiences? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team as a Web Developer in Umbraco Cloud.
As a Web Developer you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of our clients website to meet the ever-changing needs of their audiences.
You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing and other functions within the organisation to ensuretheir website is the best it can be.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the organisations website in Umbraco Cloud.
- Guide the development of the website to meet changing needs and audiences.
- Integrate with other systems and databases to make the website more dynamic, improving the experience of prospective students.
- Enhance the website in robustness and availability, as well as functionality and design, using your skills in Umbraco Cloud, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Drive their website forward and integrate it with 3rd party systems by gaining knowledge on Power BI and SQL Server.
- Advance your skills in Umbraco and C# through training programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer.
- Hands on experience of C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Umbraco is not essential and a nice to have.
- Experience integrating websites with other systems and databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI and SQL Server is desirable.
- Passion for improving digital experiences and a dedication to continuous learning.
Our client offers a competitive salary of £40,280 to £45,309 per annum, inclusive of 14% Market Supplement applied until 31/07/24, then reviewed annually.
