Description
The role will begin with transactional duties such as statement reconciliations, processing invoices, generating invoices and cash allocation.The selected Accounts Assistant will work very closely with the Financial Director, there is plentiful opportunityfor them to be assisting with Month End activities and reporting.
Our client would love to offer study support towards the CIMA qualification down the line and are hoping for an individual ready to take that next stepSkills Required:
- The successful Accounts Assistant must have experience working within the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger sides of transactional accounts as they will be expected to hit the ground running
- Be confident using Microsoft Excel including functions like V-LookUps and Pivot Tables as these will be used on a daily basis
- Have great communication skills and a willingness to learn as this role has a view to progress the individual into Management Accounts
- Must have the ability to work in the office fulltime, five days a week
