Description
We are looking for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to manage our client accounts payable and receivable. You will oversee our client accounting daily operations.
Lettings Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping, preferably in the Lettings and Property Management Industry.
Duties will include
Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receipts across all R&R lettings bank accounts and cashbooks
Daily uploading of rent and payments and invoices onto Vebra Alto and Blockman systems
Investigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt payment
Assist with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment run
Liaising with PM's, issuing and re-issuing invoices as well as issuing credit notes
General accounts administration including banking, filing and retrieval of paperwork
Issuing Service charge demands for Block Management.
Chasing Arrears/ Credit Control
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Management Accounts Administrator or similar role
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting software Xero
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of Vebra ALTO & Blockman will be beneficial
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our financial management is accurate and effective.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
