About the team


The Adaptiv CX team supports the Adaptiv solution for a global client base and handles all client interactions with regards to the support of the product.

The team investigates and troubleshoots issues which impact customers, and also identifies and validates bugs in the software.


What you will be doing
Interacting daily with clients to address their questions and responding to production incidents. Performing functional investigations and communicating back the results of the investigation to the client. Leading meetings with clients.

  • Provides indepth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
  • Uses interpersonal skills and product knowledge to respond to daily Clientfacing activities.
  • Resolves customer concerns raised for their software solutions which may be hosted by the client or by FIS.
  • Recreates client issues in test environment
  • Must be flexible to work rotating shift hours (7am 4pm, 10am 7pm). Additional paid shifts may be available on weekends/holidays.
  • Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development

What you bring

  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering
  • 24 years of work experience
  • Interest in financial risk is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL desired. Experience in programming languages like C# and Delphi a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products a plus
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Selfstarter with proven ability to work independently
