Your next role is:

  • Full time, permanent teaching position working with a primaryaged class of up to 15 pupils.

And involves:

  • Working alongside pupils aged years of age, each with their own specific Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP).
  • Working as part of a team, including liaising with teachers, support staff and external agencies to support the learning, behaviour, physical and emotional wellbeing of students.
  • Providing practical support for learning, educational activities, developing social skills and integration.
  • Liaising with Teaching Assistant's, who have been assigned to the class (2 TA's minimum).

What we're looking for:

  • QTS, PGCE, FE, QTLS or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in teaching primaryaged pupils and/or SEN students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
  • Resilience, ability to see through and overcome challenging behaviours to ensure each pupil achieves to their best ability.
  • Ability to build good rapport with pupils and staff.
