About Our Client:
My client, based in Reading, is a large organisation that specialise within the manufacturing industry.
They are well-established within their chosen market and are looking for someone with Accounts Receivable experience to join their warm and friendly finance team.
- Understanding the different services that the two divisions provide and how they are charged
- Responsible for the sales invoicing function including:
- DNS raising and the distribution of invoices, organising despatch, budget coding and posting of invoices into accounts system
- P&S production of all invoices from spreadsheets provided by staff, organising despatch, budget coding and posting of all invoices into accounts system
- Credit Control
- Administration of the purchasing records and chasing for missing information
- Uploading invoices to designated customer portals
- Maintaining accurate records of all invoices that have been raised including logging of information against PO records
The Successful Applicant:
- Immediately available/available within short notice
- Some experience working in Accounts Receivable (desirable)
- Highly organised and flexible
- Excellent team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to pick up new systems quickly
