The Agile Transformation Delivery Lead manages the Evolve programme plan, which is delivering our move to agile ways of working, ensuring that the programme delivers to time, cost and quality.

Works with senior stakeholders (up to ExCo level) to support the cultural change along with ensuring that the tools, technology, methodology, guardrails etc.

are in place to achieve our objectives.

How you'll make a difference


The Agile Transformation Delivery Lead supports the Agile Transformation lead to define the transition states and the overarching plans to deliver on them, provides clear communications across the programme, instils confidence in the model.

Support workstream leads with the detailed day-to-day delivery and leads on the governance and reporting required at programme level. Is responsible for ensuring that programme level risks and issues are documented, mitigated and escalated where required. Is able to provide a clear view on progress, blockers, risks etc. at all times.

What you'll bring

Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task; work in a fast-changing environment; facilitate and influence team members and senior stakeholders

Confident in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders in a digestible way

Able to challenge the status quo - always looking for ways to make things more efficient and effective

Solves problems through analysis, engagement with stakeholders and the ability to create a path forward

Strong analytical, problem-solving as well as process management skills.

A depth of project management experience, preferably using agile or 'Wagile' methodologies

Worked in an agile environment, so understands the principles (e.g. SAFe, scrum, kanban)

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's or Master's degree
