Senior Data Analyst

Tasks:

As a member of our Data and Insight team, you'll help our clients deliver their marketing objectives
Work closely with the CRM Strategist and associated marketing teams to analyse and interpret the data and draw valid inferences and indicators to prioritise business needs and support and guide CRM recommendations
Present your findings clearly using an appropriate reporting tool either to the internal teams or in support of them, to the client
Monitor and audit data quality, developing records management processes and policies and identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree with a 2:1 classification or above, preferably in data science, data analytics, mathematics, IT/computer science, statistics, business analysis
Previous extensive experience in similar data analysis roles
A natural communicator, able to take complex information and articulate and present key findings simply and with impact
Extensive experience of working with relational databases including of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
Experience of data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment techniques
Experience of training and mentoring other team members
