Butler rose are partnered with a fantastic business on the Wirral that need a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk, Credit Controller and Credit Administrator to join the teams as they're undergoing a period of growth and expansion.

All the roles are permanent contracts.

This is a forward thinking and established business that have been one of the leaders locally in their service for over 30 years.

Purchase Ledger

Ownership of your supplier portfolio

Processing of supplier invoices

Build excellent relationships with suppliers

Invoice purchase orders

Statement reconciliations

Assisting in payment runs

Identify ineffective processes and offer solutions

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in a Purchase Ledger (2 years preferred)

Excellent work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of SAGE (preference)

Reward & The Package

Salary on offer up to £24,000

Credit Controller

Manage your portfolio of customers to ensure payment

Providing excellent customer service

Processing payments

Maintaining customer records

Issuing DD mandates

Issuing copy invoices

Statement reconciliation and WIP statements

Escalating issues to your line manager

The Experience & Qualifications

Experience in Credit Control (2 years preferred)

Excellent work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of SAGE (preference)

Reward & The Package

Salary on offer up to £25,000

Credit Administrator

Cash allocation - ensuring unallocated cash value is below target

Raising credit notes and invoices

Managing the accounts mailboxes

Bank reconciliation

Work alongside the credit control team to complete admin tasks

Experience & Qualifications

Excellent work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sales ledger experience

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of SAGE (preference)
