Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive 0-4 years PQE - Surrey or London

Client


A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with offices across Surrey and London are seeking a property litigation lawyer to join them in their Guildford office.

The firm are flexible on location and you could be based out of their other Surrey or London offices.


Role
You will work closely with two Partners and a Solicitor focusing on all aspects of property litigation.

Work will include landlord and tenant disputes including breach of covenants, dilapidations claims, lease renewal disputes, disputes involve rights ofway, easements, and seeking possession orders and injunctions against trespassers.

The team also advise on construction disputes and complex disputes concerning the ownership of property and trusts.

There may be an opportunity to get involved in general commercial disputes from time to time.

You will advise a broad range of clients from private individuals to multi-national businesses including SMEs, property developers.


You will also play an active role in networking, seminar provision and marketing of the department and will work closely with other departments.


You
You will be either be a recently qualified lawyer who has completed their training contract or CILEX qualified.

You may be up to 4 years qualified and are likely to be undertaking a mix of property litigation and general civil/commercial disputes or couldbe a specialist in property disputes.
