Team Leader - Wombourne near Wolverhampton

This is an exciting opportunity to support our client who requires a Team Leader to help set up and lead a support team for him.

The role involves ensuring the smooth running of support and rehabilitation for the client. He has a serious traumatic brain injury and lives in his own home. The support team will focus on enhancing the client's quality of life, ensuring his safety and promoting his independence.

This position

Essential Requirements Include:

Ability to work using their own initiative, excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, full driving licence, previous experience in a similar role, flexibility to work the hours agreed including days and nights.
