This full-time IT Support Tech role comes with a salary of up to £28,000 and excellent benefits.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for helping to maintain and support the continuously growing company's network and IT infrastructure.

Your role will encompass troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, assistingemployees with IT-related problems, providing Windows and MAC support, and network and printer support.

Your working hours for this position will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with some Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays and flexible working hoursduring peak periods.

You will also be included in the company's out of hours emergency on-call rota, so it is essential that you have your own transport and can reach their offices within 40 minutes, even in heavy traffic.

If you were already in this IT Support Technician role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

Providing 1st and 2nd line support to users
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support and responding to incidents and requests logged in the company Helpdesk System
Monitoring and troubleshooting network and server problems
Providing desktop support for Windows and MAC OS clients
Diagnosing and troubleshooting printer issues
