On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a
Business Administration Officerfor a
12-month long contract based in
London.


Purpose of the Role:


To monitor and ensure the UK Travels, Gift & Invitation and Expenses policies and procedures are adhered to by all UK employees; to provide support to the Business Administration Manager.


As a Business Administration Officer, you will:

  • Ensure consistent adherence to the appropriate policies and procedures across the Administration Team
  • Produce reports of returned and outstanding expenses and follow up with relevant employees
  • Manage all Travel Approval (TA)
  • Check the Daily Passive Approval report and investigating with employees if needed
  • Be the main point of contact for escalation on Travel & Expenses
  • Ensure that Admin Support are trained and aware of any changes
  • Produce monthly T&E performance review reports
  • Manage and update Gifts and Invitation prebreach report and liaise with compliance employees.
  • Conduct general Office Management tasks
  • Conduct monthly audit of 1st and 2nd floor access in coordination with Building Security
  • Manage the public meeting room (IT, equipment, furniture etc.)
  • Back up and support the Office Management Team
  • Write and send out communications
  • Keep the team's SharePoint updated
  • Update Distribution Lists
  • Suport with ad hoc tasks

What we're looking for:


  • Experience of working in prior Business Support Environments
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively as a part of the team
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • The ability to create reports

Next steps:

This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
