Lowry&Baker is an award winning independent cafe which was established in 2010 in the northern part of portobello. We are very please to announce that our second branch had opened its door at end of June. We are seeking a confident, positive and energetic Cafe Supervisor/ Team leader to lead our team.


You will need to have a genuine passion for food and drink, who can engage with customers, have strong interpersonal skills to lead and motive a team to ensure excellent customer service.

As a team leader, You will be managing day-to-day operations of the business.

We are happy to speak to those with several years of relevant hospitality experience.

We would expect this role to suit those who have built up experience in independent cafes, restaurants, who would like to take their career to a management level.


You will need to be able to work independently, as well as capable of working closely with the business owners.

You will work 5 days a week, must be available to work during weekends. Shifts are day time only. More details to be discussed at interview stage.

£13.00-£15.00 per hour
