Our Client is looking to take on a experienced Technical Customer Service Advisorto join a fun, friendly and well established company.
This is a high level customer service and technical support role
The main duties will include:
- Provide a very high level of Customer Service whilst working within a fast paced environment.
- Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
- Processing Survey Reports
- Assisting with Booking Deliveries
- Liaising with Technicians / Engineers / Customers Ensuring smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
- Organising and Issuing Customer quotes
Key Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient and organised
- High attention to detail
- High level of Proficiency in IT skills
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure

£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
