Our Client is looking to take on a experienced Technical Customer Service Advisorto join a fun, friendly and well established company.


This is a high level customer service and technical support role

The main duties will include:


  • Provide a very high level of Customer Service whilst working within a fast paced environment.
  • Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
  • Processing Survey Reports
  • Assisting with Booking Deliveries
  • Liaising with Technicians / Engineers / Customers Ensuring smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
  • Organising and Issuing Customer quotes

Key Attributes:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient and organised
  • High attention to detail
  • High level of Proficiency in IT skills
  • Be able to multitask and work under pressure
