Description
Boden Group deliver facilities maintenance services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites in the South West and South East.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support to our Supply Chain team.As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our purchasing processes, particularly in relation to adding new parts to the system.
Your general administrative skills will also be put to use in assisting with various day-to-day office tasks.We offer:

Duties you will be performing:
- Assist the Supply Chain team in adding new parts and products to the company's system, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is entered.
- Work closely with team members to verify product details, specifications, and pricing, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and document management to support the efficient operation of the department.
- Assist in generating purchase orders and coordinating their approval and processing within established guidelines.
- Manage communication and correspondence with suppliers, ensuring effective and professional interactions.
- Monitor calls coming into the office, dealing with any internal/external queries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing purchasing and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new strategies and best practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Supply Chain department.
- Foster positive working relationships with the Supply Chain team, as well as other departments, to enhance communication and crossfunctional cooperation.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on ongoing projects and tasks.
- Office support
- Including coordination of IT and communications.
- Monitoring of commercial accounts and processing of all queries.
- Facilitate minutes during any required meetings.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a purchasing or procurement environment, is beneficial.
Desirable:
- Working within a Project or Facilities Management environment
- Business Admin Level 2

Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,250.00 per year
