This is a hybrid role although, initially, you will be expected to spend time each week at the Castle Hotel, Windsor, supporting our Central Reservations Team.

There would be regular travel between our three hotels, Francis Hotel Bath, Queens Hotel Cheltenham and Castle Hotel Windsor.


Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales, local and central sales teams and respective hotel management teams you will oversee the group wide revenue strategy and activity plan.

You will have accountability for revenue forecasting, budgeting and reporting with General Managers and Sales Managers, and be responsible for driving key activities to deliver results through the wider commercial team.

You will identify areas of opportunity and risk within revenue that add value to each hotel's performance. You will ensure every single revenue line is being optimised.


Multi-property revenue management experience with three or more hotels, preferably operating in diverse markets and with a broad range of revenue streams is a pre-requisite for this role.

You will have strong communication and leadership skills, previous experience of implementing and optimising integrated IT systems (RMS / PMS etc) as well as strong Influencing skills, the ability to influence change, work in a fast paced environments and to tight deadlines.
