Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

What is this role of the Planning & Electrical Coordinator:
This is an interesting dual role working as part of the officebased Planning-Electrical team, requiring the working week to be split over Two full days supporting the Electrical department, and Three full days with the Planning department. Generally supporting and liaising; Planning Coordinator, Electrical supervisors, subcontractors and NCR Atleos electricians.

What will I be doing as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Liaising with internal Planning coordinator, Electrical teams, NCR Atleos colleagues gathering information required for the progress and completion of electrical surveys and installations.

Maintaining up to date and accurate data in excel, word formats, database, cloudbased storage systems and use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Scanning into the data base all work signoff sheets, test certificates and upload job completion photos. Cross referencing work signoff sheets and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed. Contact sites to book in proposed visits where required. Create and submit timely reporting to line manager/colleagues. General filing and admin duties associated with the role.

What will I need to succeed as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator? Knowledge of AutoCAD ability to read and understand AutoCAD plans advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for attention to detail. Excellent IT Competency Word, Excel, Email etc. Ability to build positive and successful working relationships with office colleagues. Meticulous, selfmotivated individual. Enthusiastic personality with problem solving attitude. Understanding and knowledge of minor building works would be advantageous.
