A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator with good communication skills and excellentorganisational/clerical abilities to work with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) team in West Sussex.
The base will be at Sydney West Primary care centre in Burgess Hill, based with the Healthy Child programme team ( health Visitors ).
You will need to work independently and collaboratively with the Team Lead, clinical staff, and the other administrator within the team.
The Healthy Child Programme team Team are a friendly and hard working team who work together to offer a Health Visiting service to families with children 0-5 years old.

To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to a HCP team including communicating with the public, dealing efficiently with correspondence, typing meeting notes and preparing reports from draft, booking client appointments and regular inputting of client details onto the record keeping database.
